  1. What we collect and store

    Our policy is to store as little user information as possible and we store no personally-identifying information, except for maybe your email address. When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide your name and email address. Optionally, if you create an account, we provide you a password which is stored encrypted in our database. Further, once you have an active subscription, we provide you an API key and we collect your IP address, referring site and language preference.

    We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

    • your name is optional and is used only for a more personal correspondence, and/or for keeping track of correspondence in your organization
    • send you information about your account and order
    • respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
    • process payments and prevent fraud
    • set up your account for our store
    • verification of your subscription
    • comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes

    We accept payments through Mollie. When processing payments, your email address, order number and purchase total will be passed to Mollie. Mollie is itself an independent controller of user data.     All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Our site administrators can also see and edit that information.

    Finally, we may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, number of visitor or monitor the most popular pages.

    We do not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law. This site does not use embedded content from other websites.

  2. Cookies

    If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

    When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

  3. How long we retain your data

    We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your email address.

  4. Who we share your data with

    If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
